I Spoil Your Movie

Another cool piece of typography, which appears to be a fascination of mine these days. I love seeing what can be done with words and am jealous as I wouldn't be able to do it myself.

The t-shirt isn't much of a spoiler, unless you are a pop culture shut-in. It's more hipster irony and another in a series of t-shirts that would be cool to wear if I still did that sort of thing. Get it here. Artist Olly Moss has a wealth of other cool designs as well.

(I'm actually on vacation right now. This post brought to you by the miracle of Blogger in Draft's Scheduled Post Publishing.)

  1. I think for any of these movies to be truly spoiled, one would have to have been living on a mountain in Tibet...

  2. I love this shirt, but looking at the pictures of real people on the Threadless site, I just don't get why they didn't tweak the design to make it more vertical. It would have looked so great as a long rectangle filling up the whole front.

  14. What policeman? Must have missed that one. Please clarify.

  15. They let the policeman die!

    ReplyDelete
  16. they prolly mean Wicker Man

  17. 300 actually die, he had 300 bodyguards sent one home...but you forget that the king isn't a body guard so if you add him it actually comes to 300.

  20. Keyser Soze and Verbal are both characters from "The Usual Suspects" (1997).

  21. Your math on the 300 is incorrect. While 300 Spartans may have died, only 299 of "the 300" actually died. Leonidas did not count himself among the 300.

  25. The Others? From Lost, right? I am on season 3 so does something change? I am confused.

    ReplyDelete
  26. No, The Others is actually the name of the movie. Nothing to do with lost.

    ReplyDelete
  27. No,

    300 Spartans die.

Leonidas says something about him and his 300 bodyguards, he sends the one home... thus, 300.

And Snape Kills Dumbledore, but that's kind of old news, isn't it? Shouldn't there be something from the new book like "Harry dies... but comes back to life in Gandalf-esque moment."

  28. I am so old, The others in "Lost" lol. I remeber that movie. It sucked.

  32. "Soylent Green" is the name of the movie... and Dil is the man lady in "The Crying Game"

I mean man lady in the nicest way possible, as to not offend any man ladies attending this board.

  34. For "The Crying Game," instead of "Dil is a man," I recall "In Living Color" using the phrase "I knew Dil had a pickle."
